Dr. Noonan-Terry serves as Associate Director and Conference Coordinator for the National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development (NISOD) and is a Lecturer with the Department of Educational Administration. Prior to joining NISOD in 2004, she directed the Technology Leadership Academy, a Preparing Tomorrow’s Teachers to Use Technology (PT3) $2 million Catalyst grant. The Technology Leadership Academy was recognized as a model online learning community by the U.S. Distance Education Report. She was also a lead evaluator for the Adult Education portion of a U.S. Department of Education Star Schools grant. She has been an invited speaker at over 75 educational conferences and has written several journal articles. Dr. Noonan-Terry has teaching experience from early childhood to the graduate level, and her expertise is in working with students from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds with disabilities.
